The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked great. Had a hot breakfast the next morning that was good and affordable.
I was very pleased with this hotel and my 2 nights there. The service was amazing, April made it very easy to get checked in and everything up to the room. The room, pool, and exercise room were amazing. If you're ever in Lake Charles and need a place to stay definitely stay here. If the location and rooms don't attract you, their grand staircase and lobby will most definitely. Thank you April and staff for making this stay worth the trip from Ohio!
Room was quiet, clean and dark with the curtains drawn. Staff super pleasant. Located very near casinos. Only complaint was that the toilet seat wiggled a little and you had to stretch for the tissue. Very minor considering the cost savings over nearby hotels.
We came down on business for a week but it was cancelled so we only stayed one night. I believe the night attendant was named April. She was phenomenal. She had a large group of very rude people come in behind us and she kept her composure. She was amazing for us. Very sweet and friendly. I would stay again just because of her. Rooms were huge with lots of space. Beds were comfy with amazing pillows!!! Close to several places. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
My husband and I had a really nice stay here. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable - great for our weekend in Lake Charles.
I come here often for business and the last few times I have had a few maintenance issues such as the heating unit not working properly or issues with the door. Each time I was moved with no resistance. I am typically assisted by April and she always makes check in simple and easy! If I ever need anything, she is always happy to assist and does so in a timely manner. While the building itself could use a bit of updating, the beds are always comfortable, clean, and I can trust that if I do have any issue, April or one of the other desk staff are quick to assist. Thanks!
Modern and well kept, we had an issue with our first room and the staff changed us i to another immediately. Not far from the interstate.
It’s nice for the price! The indoor pool is enjoyable. Small, but free breakfast included.
